Let me explain why...โ
๐ When you put so much pressure on yourself to be 100% perfect all the time, you are setting yourself up to fail.โ
๐ NO ONE can do that.โ
We are humans, we make mistakes. It's what we do.โ
By aiming for 80% and allowing yourself a little bit of what you feel like, firstly you will be happier and secondly, you will be much more likely to stay on track. โ

As I always say, it matters what you do MOST of the time, not what you do every now and again. โ

๐ It is that 'now and again' that keeps us sane and allows us to indulge in a bit of what we fancy.โ
