You're Not Perfect & You're Not Alone! Monday Motivation

It’s Monday, and you feel frustrated because you messed up this weekend?


 You are not going to eat perfectly and workout every single day. 🚫

✋ It would be crazy to expect that from yourself.  

If you expect 100% from yourself all the time, when (inevitably) you don't hit that percentage you will be disappointed.  

You will more than likely feel like throwing in the towel altogether and think that you have ruined everything. 

You haven't. 

Let me explain why... 

😒 When you put so much pressure on yourself to be 100% perfect all the time, you are setting yourself up to fail. 

👉 NO ONE can do that. 

We are humans, we make mistakes. It's what we do. 

By aiming for 80% and allowing yourself a little bit of what you feel like, firstly you will be happier and secondly, you will be much more likely to stay on track.  

As I always say, it matters what you do MOST of the time, not what you do every now and again.  

 ✔️Your overall habits matter most. 

👏 It is that 'now and again' that keeps us sane and allows us to indulge in a bit of what we fancy.
