Here are a few key points depending on how you receive your product:
Shipping - We recommend consuming the food within 7 days of receiving or freezing immediately upon delivery for up to 6 months.
Retail Purchase - The expiration date on meals in stores will typically range from 4-12 days until they should be consumed or frozen (for up to 6 months). Occasionally you may find short-date (1-2 days until expiration) plates on special, but we promise you’ll have at least 3 full days on our Signature meals.
Retail Store Pick-Up - We recommend consuming the food within 7 days of the scheduled day of pick up or freezing immediately upon the day of pick up for up to 6 months.
Absolutely! You can freeze ICON Meals for up to six months as long as you freeze them prior to the printed expiration date on each plate or prior to 7 days from pick up/delivery. Each meal is vacuum sealed, meaning no freezer burn or “freezer taste”.
If you know you won't be able to eat your meals within 7 days, we recommend freezing your meals immediately upon delivery.
We take allergens and the health of our clients seriously and want to ensure you are able to make informed decisions.
Our protein snacks, Signature Meals, and A la Carte allergens and ingredients are listed online as well as on each label. Custom Breakfast & Custom Meal allergens and ingredients are also listed online, but are not included on the label (due to limited space).

Both locations sell Signature Meals and A la Carte options along with select snacks and apparel. Quantities and items may be limited at physical locations.
For Custom Breakfast or Custom Meal options or to ensure product availability, order online at www.iconmeals.com and select either location for pickup.
You will receive an “Order is out for delivery” e-mail the morning of the day your meals will be dropped off at retail location. It is recommended that you call the pickup location prior to arrival to ensure your meals have been delivered. Deliveries are normally made by 1pm.
Yes! To ensure the safety and quality of our meals, we have implemented a minimum order quantity of 8 meals per order. Larger orders allow us to efficiently package and deliver meals while minimizing potential handling and exposure, thereby reducing any risks associated with individual meal packaging.

Unfortunately, after the order is placed, there is no modifying the order or the payment options. Please make sure to use your code on your next order with us.
Yes. Provided that the hotel is within the contiguous United States and the hotel has advised you that they will accept packages for guests.
Please contact the hotel and confirm that they are willing and able to receive a package for you. You should also confirm the acceptance of packages containing dry ice (required for meals) and if you are required to check-in prior to package arrival (some hotels will not accept responsibility prior to check-in).
You choose! When placing your order, you will be prompted to select a delivery date and your order will be delivered on that day. Delivery dates include Monday through Friday for Store Pickup in the local DFW area or Tuesday through Friday for shipments in the contiguous US.
An email update with your UPS or USPS tracking number will be emailed to you the day your package leaves our facility.
If you choose a Store Pickup location, you can expect your order to be delivered by 1 PM on the delivery date that you select.
