    Itโ€™s Monday, and you feel frustrated because you messed up this weekend?


    โ€‰You are not going to eat perfectly and workout every single day.โ€‰๐Ÿšซ

    โœ‹ It would be crazy to expect that from yourself. โ€‰
    If you expect 100% from yourself all the time, when (inevitably) you don't hit that percentage you will be disappointed. โ€‰
    You will more than likely feel like throwing in the towel altogether and think that you have ruined everything.โ€‰
    You haven't.โ€‰

    Let me explain why...โ€‰

    ๐Ÿ˜’ When you put so much pressure on yourself to be 100% perfect all the time, you are setting yourself up to fail.โ€‰

    ๐Ÿ‘‰ NO ONE can do that.โ€‰

    We are humans, we make mistakes. It's what we do.โ€‰

    By aiming for 80% and allowing yourself a little bit of what you feel like, firstly you will be happier and secondly, you will be much more likely to stay on track. โ€‰
    As I always say, it matters what you do MOST of the time, not what you do every now and again. โ€‰

    โ€‰โœ”๏ธYour overall habits matter most.โ€‰

    ๐Ÿ‘ It is that 'now and again' that keeps us sane and allows us to indulge in a bit of what we fancy.โ€‰
