What pulled you into online coaching?
In 2015, I had my own online fitness coach who changed my life. Through him, his program, and his coaching, I learned how to navigate a gym, how to eat right for my goals, and finally built confidence in myself through the development of my body.
I sought to help others achieve the same transformation because I’d experienced firsthand the power of evidence-based online coaching.

What does a dialed-in day look like with clients, training, and nutrition?
For my clients and for myself, the key pillars are exercise, nutrition, and recovery. Dialing in means:
  • Hitting every scheduled workout and progressing weekly
  • Getting enough daily steps
  • Hitting macros AND micros with mostly whole foods + smart supplementation
  • Drinking plenty of water
  • Sleeping at least 8 hours nightly
How do you use ICON Meals for yourself and with clients? Any go-to meals or macro targets?
I use custom ICON Meals every lunch and dinner—typically 6–8oz turkey breast, shrimp, cod, or salmon with 4–8oz red or sweet potatoes. Customization is the game-changer for me and my clients.

What are you building over the next 6–12 months?
I’m building my physique to win my bodybuilding pro card this November. I’m scaling the Online Fitness Coach Academy (OFCA). I’m expanding my Hawaii retreats business. And I’m growing my content creation brand to help more companies reach their ideal customers.
