This pizza is the result of hundreds of attempts where we've taken the best of many recipes and combined them into ONE KILLER RECIPE!💯💯
Seriously. This thing will knock your socks off.🤫
You won't find it anywhere else.😉
Recipe:👇🏻
- 2 c. mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 1 T. olive oil
- 2 scoops MCT powder (4 small)
- 2 T. nutritional yeast
- 2 T. psyllium husk
- 1 T. basil
- 1 T. crushed garlic
1️⃣ Give this all a good stir! Add 1/4 c. almond flour and mix well until combined.
2️⃣ Fold mixture into melted cheese with two forks or a pastry knife. Once dough begins to firm, knead with your hands. Split into two sections. Spread out onto parchment paper or silicon mats about 1/4" thick. You can do this with your fingers or cover with parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin until perfectly flat.
3️⃣ Cook 10 min on one side. Flip, then cook 4-5 min on the opposite side.
4️⃣ Place sauces (pesto or alfredo is better than tomato) mozzarella cheese and toppings on top of cooked crusts,
5️⃣ Ideally made ahead and cool, if not frozen. We usually make a couple of extra crusts and freeze them. They keep and reheat really well!
6️⃣ COOK 5-10 min or until toppings are heated/cheese is melted. BROIL for 1-2 min.
🍕Allow to cool for a few min.
