This pizza is the result of hundreds of attempts where we've taken the best of many recipes and combined them into ONE KILLER RECIPE!💯💯⁣⁣⁣

Seriously. This thing will knock your socks off.🤫⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
You won't find it anywhere else.😉⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Recipe:👇🏻⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
- 2 c. mozzarella⁣⁣⁣
- 1 egg⁣⁣⁣
- 1 T. olive oil⁣⁣⁣
- 2 scoops MCT powder (4 small)⁣⁣⁣
- 2 T. nutritional yeast⁣⁣⁣
- 2 T. psyllium husk⁣⁣⁣
- 1 T. basil⁣⁣⁣
- 1 T. crushed garlic⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
1️⃣ Give this all a good stir! Add 1/4 c. almond flour and mix well until combined.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
2️⃣ Fold mixture into melted cheese with two forks or a pastry knife. Once dough begins to firm, knead with your hands. Split into two sections. Spread out onto parchment paper or silicon mats about 1/4" thick. You can do this with your fingers or cover with parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin until perfectly flat.⁣⁣⁣

3️⃣ Cook 10 min on one side. Flip, then cook 4-5 min on the opposite side.⁣⁣⁣

4️⃣ Place sauces (pesto or alfredo is better than tomato) mozzarella cheese and toppings on top of cooked crusts,⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
5️⃣ Ideally made ahead and cool, if not frozen. We usually make a couple of extra crusts and freeze them. They keep and reheat really well!⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
6️⃣ COOK 5-10 min or until toppings are heated/cheese is melted. BROIL for 1-2 min.⁣⁣⁣

🍕Allow to cool for a few min.⁣⁣⁣
