Chef Danny has taken our pulled pork and crafted three mouthwatering meals that are delicious, quick, easy, and convenient. The best part? Each of these recipes can be prepared in about 5 minutes using ingredients you probably already have at home – just add our freshly prepared pulled pork from the bulk menu.

Breakfast: Sweet Potato Pulled Pork Hash

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Heat the pulled pork either in a skillet, microwave (for a quicker meal setup), or air fryer (for a crispier hash).
  2. While the hash is heating up, cook two eggs sunny-side up.
  3. If you like seasonings, this is the time to season your hash. Try our ICON Meals Seasonings; Tennessee Whiskey for a spicy kick would be fantastic!
  4. Drizzle some tomatillo sauce over the hash and add shredded cheese.
  5. Plate your hash, add the sunny-side up eggs, and enjoy! Quick, easy, and oh-so-delicious!

Lunch: Pulled Pork Cuban Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz ICON Meals Pulled Pork (makes 2 sandwiches)
  • French Bread (or sandwich bread)
  • Swiss Cheese
  • 3-4 slices Sliced Ham (or turkey)
  • Pickles
  • Mustard
  • 1 tsp ICON Meals Seasoning (Hawaiian BBQ for an extra flair)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the pulled pork in a skillet, microwave, or air fryer.
  2. Create a layer of ham (3-4 slices) and heat it in the skillet as well.
  3. Add Swiss cheese on top of the heated pulled pork.

  5. Toast your French bread (if desired).
