Chef Danny's Super Bowl Wing Recipe!

Chef Danny here at ICON Meals! I'm going to show you guys a very simple, very healthy way to make wings.
I'll be baking some chicken wings with our Vodka Lemon Pepper Seasoning and creating a Butter Herb dipping sauce using our Butter Herb Seasoning.
To get the wings started, lay them out on a dry towel. After you get your wings laid out, pat them dry to get rid of the moisture. This way when they bake they crisp up nicely! Once the wings are dry, put them in a bowl, drizzle a little bit of olive oil on top, and toss thoroughly. 
Finally, we add the Vodka Lemon Pepper Seasoning. Once the wings are nice and seasoned, you're going to place them on a baking rack and cook for about 40 to 45 minutes on 400 degrees. 
For our Greek yogurt ranch dressing, what you're going to do is use roughly two cups of Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of Butter Herb Seasoning and mix well!
In about 45 minutes, your wings are done! Cooked to perfection!

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Heat Oven to 400 degrees
  2. Pat drumsticks & flats dry
  3. Toss drumsticks & flats with olive oil and Vodka Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes (or until 165°F internal)
Butter Herb Dipping Sauce
  1. Whisk greek yogurt and Butter Herb Seasoning thoroughly
Allow wings to cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve with carrots & celery, enjoy!
