Over the past two weeks, since I started eating your ICON meals, I've noticed that ditching processed foods has helped me feel full and cut down on late-night cravings.

The good news is that over the last two weeks, I have lost 4 pounds while following your meal plans. This shows significant progress and is easy to follow, thanks to the fast prep time that allows me to get back to work in the afternoon or squeeze in more zone 2 cardio in the evening.
