1. Tear perforations on side panels and remove label front.
2. Place tray in the microwave. Heat on HIGH for 1:30-2 min. (If frozen, cook 4 min on HIGH.).
3. You may hear popping as self-venting steam dome forms.
4. Once dome deflates, remove film from tray.
