INGREDIENTS: Salmon Atlantic Fillet, Vegetable Normandy Blend [Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Yellow Squash], Water, Perfect Parboiled Rice [Long Grain Parboiled Rice Enriched with Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Niacin, Thiamin (Thiamin Mononitrate) and Folic Acid], Blackened Redfish Seasoning [Salt, Spices (Including Paprika), Garlic, Onion, and Silicon Dioxide (To make free flowing)]., Fresh Peeled Garlic, Salt Kosher [Salt, Yellow Prussiate of Soda].
1. Tear perforations on side panels and remove the label.
2. From a thawed state and using a 1000 watt microwave, heat on HIGH for 2:00-2:30 min.
3. You may hear popping as the self-venting steam dome forms.
4. Once the dome deflates, remove the film from the tray and enjoy!

I really appreciate simple, low calorie, and colorful meals like this. The veggies are very yummy. I wish the fish was not as overcooked because it gets pretty dry after reheating but it’s still a new favorite of mine.
First time trying Salmon in my life and it was really good. It also smelled really fresh and did not have a strong unpleasant fishy smell which was awesome.
