ICON Meals is a leader in the health & nutrition space, catering to individuals that want to feel and live better. Our meals and recipes are all developed and produced in-house at our Headquarters in Dallas, TX. Our mission is to empower people to make better food and lifestyle choices through our massive archive of educational content and our delicious & nutritional meal offerings. 

What we’re looking for:

Our Marketing team is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated Email Marketer to come in and own our Email & SMS channels and provide cross-departmental support to unify brand messaging and provide a better customer experience. We’d love to partner with a creative team player who buys into the greater mission. Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Email Marketing experience.
• Deep understanding of the customer journey.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior-based automations.
• Experience working in CRM software; Klaviyo preferred.
• Experience working in PM software; Monday.com or Asana preferred.
• Some experience with Graphic Design; Adobe, Canva, etc.
• Expert communication skills.
• Ability to understand and break down complex information into manageable chunks.
• Willingness and desire to always improve & learn.
• Team player.

Some more details:

• This role is located in Dallas, TX, at our HQ. 
• Hybrid work environment with first 60 days in-house probationary period. Minimum 2 days per week in-house after the probationary period. 
• 7d PTO + as-needed sick & mental health days. 
• At this time, we are not able to offer health/dental/vision/401k.
