Tasty options
The keto box is definitely keto with high fat and low carb. The keto cowboy meal is by far the best. Tasty and salty with the bacon.
The chicken meal tastes great, but I’m not a fan of bell peppers or squash/carrots tho.
The shredded beef and cheese is very tasty. The cheese definitely makes the meal stand out. Shredded beef is tasty. The beef tends to get stuck in your teeth, so have floss. The beef felt tough, but that’s due to me not cooking it more.
I’d give 5 stars if there were more keto options. The box arrived on a hot summer California day and still remained cool. The styrofoam did leave a dusting of flakes on my counter and on the box meals.
